After a free walk-through, we recommend the path that fits the value of the contents and the cost to clear the property.
When the contents hold real value, we purchase everything and complete the full clean-out. You receive cash and an empty, ready property.
When the value of the contents roughly covers the labor, we perform the complete clean-out in exchange for the items. No cash changes hands either way.
For large or hoarder properties with heavy disposal costs, we complete the clean-out for a fraction of standard rates, based on the size and requirements of the job.
